Customer Experience Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM (in person; this is not a remote position) About the Role Sticker Shuttle is a Denver-based custom sticker, decal, and vinyl banner printer serving 10,000+ small businesses and major brands like Nike, Amazon, and Chick-fil-A. We're hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to manage all customer-facing communication across our help desk, inquiries, and social channels. Responsibilities Manage the e-mail inbox and respond to order questions, tracking requests, and general inquiries Monitor and respond to social media DMs (Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms) Understanding the experience of the customer and ensuring it's consistent across all orders and deliveries Respond to comments on organic posts and paid ad campaigns Track and report on customer satisfaction trends Handle reprint requests and communicate clearly with the production team Monitoring that orders are delivered on-time and are not delayed, if they are delayed, then coordinating with UPS to resolve the issue. During free time, conduct outreach to our customers for reviews, UGC video content, or feedback in general. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, social media management, or e-commerce support is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person if they are a right fit. Understanding how important it is to respond to a customer as fast as possible. Ability to manage a high volume of messages across multiple channels Must be able to work on-site full-time at our Denver, CO facility; this role is not remote.
