Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Previous experience providing PT services within a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Comfortable providing services in-person within a school environment
• Adaptability to work as needs and caseload details are finalized

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students based on their IEP goals
• Assess, develop, and adjust individualized plans to support student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
• Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding mobility, equipment, and accommodations
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and adhere to school policies
