Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Tennessee. This position involves providing care within a Med/Surg float pool, with flexibility to meet staffing needs across multiple units. The role includes floating to the emergency room as needed, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience, prior travel experience, Tennessee license or Compact license on file at time of submission, BLS certification
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: No float rotation required
• Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled for 8/10, 8/14, 8/24, and 8/31. Candidates must be flexible to meet staffing needs and work across multiple Med/Surg units with ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:6. Scrubs Navy attire is required. The electronic medical record system used is Cerner. Weekend shifts are required. The unit manages its own schedule. Interviews will be conducted by the manager, and offers will be extended accordingly.
