Scheduling Coordinator - Service DepartmentWe are seeking Service Business Development employees at McGrath Honda of Elgin to join our team! With rapid growth of our service department there is a need for a Scheduling Coordinator to help assist in scheduling and managing customer's service appointments.Essential Duties: (other duties may be assigned)Deliver high levels of customer serviceUnderstanding of new softwareTrack and evaluate progress through reportsCreate and maintain customer account databaseData reporting and analysis of customer service historyMaintaining high volume of inbound customer traffic flowProfessional follow upCreate service appointments both over the phone & in person
