What You'll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to introduce homeowners to Suntria's solar and smart home solutions
• Generate interest, qualify homeowners, and set high-quality appointments for our closing team
• Be the friendly first face of Suntria — spark conversations and build rapport quickly at the door
• Educate homeowners on the basics of solar energy and the benefits of making the switch
• Develop essential communication, prospecting, and leadership skills
• Become knowledgeable in renewable energy and smart home solutions

Compensation & Opportunity

• 100% commission-based with no cap on your earnings
• Expected earnings of $70,000 - 125,000+ in your first year
• Upfront AND backend commissions
• $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance
