Ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Compensation is typically structured as cents per mile (CPM), percentage of load, or guaranteed weekly pay, with average annual earnings ranging from $60,000 to $90,000+ depending on experience, mileage, and route type. Additional earnings may include detention pay, layover pay, safety bonuses, and performance incentives.
