What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Conduct needs-based sales presentations and consultations
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Develop a strong pipeline through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Maintain accurate activity and customer records
• Become a trusted advisor to clients and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to drive growth
• Use your existing sales experience while continuing to develop your skills

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of successful sales experience preferred but not required
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Professional, confident, and consultative approach
• Experience in B2B, outside sales, account management, or business development is a plus
