Client Relationship Manager

Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients Address client requests and inquiries in a timely and effective manner Negotiate client agreements to maximize value for LINQ Review monthly client invoices for accuracy Develop professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, leadership and team members Monitor client account health regularly Collaborate across departments to meet and exceed client needs and expectations Run ad-hoc reports at client request Educate clients about new services and features Drive KPI performance through documented interactions, successful NPS scores and high retention rates Assist the Account Success Manager with onboarding tasks Perform other assigned duties Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred or equivalent experience 1 year of experience in a client service, account management or related position Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new systems and applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop solutions meeting client and LINQ needs Ability to proactively identify areas of improvement and act with urgency Ability to multitask, work with multiple team members and manage deadlines High-quality organizational skills and strong attention to detail Familiarity with CRM or Salesforce Reliability and self-accountability in completing tasks, projects and deadlines Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to take initiative Robust internet connection for team and client calls Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences, client meetings and events Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with a focus on maximizing client value and satisfaction.
