Job Title: Direct Support Professional –$2,000 Sign-on bonus
Hourly Rate: $15.75
Shifts Needed: Weekends/Sat-Sun-Days 4pm-11pm
Location: Crookston, MN
Direct Support Professionals help individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and medical needs live safe, independent, and meaningful lives. In this role, you’ll support daily living skills, personal care, hygiene, meals, medication assistance, community access, social skills, housekeeping, safety, and recreation. You’ll follow support plans, document daily progress, and use behavioral and crisis-prevention strategies as trained. Success in this position requires dependable communication, teamwork, problem-solving, confidentiality, and the ability to learn required procedures and regulations.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- CPR/First Aid (provided)
- Crisis intervention training (provided)
Physical Requirements
- Works primarily in the program location, with occasional outdoor/community activities
- Frequent sitting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Occasional bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, standing, crawling, reaching, walking, driving, traveling, kneeling, and crouching
