The Company is in need of a Vice President of Operations with a strong background in property management leadership, particularly within the Florida community association management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of HOA property management teams across multiple locations, developing and implementing operational strategies to support growth and acquisition initiatives, and maintaining strong portfolio performance to ensure client satisfaction. A key aspect of the role is the ability to manage board relationships, escalated client matters, and multi-community portfolios, all while fostering a 'people first' mentality that focuses on team development and building strong client relationships. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in property management leadership within the specified industry. Strong operational leadership experience, including the oversight of property management teams and client service functions, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing board relationships, escalated client matters, and multi-community portfolios. An active Florida CAM License (LCAM) is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with leadership to support company targets for growth and integration of acquired companies, and will be skilled in monitoring and managing key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
