Hourly Manager up to $16 per hour

Description This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA and is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant. Job Overview Shift Manager. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The role provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. This includes planning each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older and a positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment is essential.
