Job Details Job ID: 5728293 Application Deadline: Posted until filled Posted: May 20, 2026 4:00 AM (UTC) Starting Date: Immediately Position Type: Full‑Time Salary: $37,440 to $40,560 Per Year Roles and Responsibilities Assist scholars with all instructional and non‑instructional tasks as assigned by the teacher May be assigned to one student as a 1:1 Aide Supervise and ensure the safety and well‑being of scholar(s) at all times Support/Assist the lead teacher, including but not limited to: Preparing and setting up activities Implementing portions of the lessons as directed by the lead teacher Assisting in keeping the classroom and storage areas clean, neat, and orderly Attending weekly classroom/team meetings Be familiar with state Special Education regulations Review with teacher or IEP team to become familiar with the scholar’s Individualized Educational Plan Assist with non‑instructional duties as required Qualifications and Characteristics Relentless drive to improve the minds and lives of scholars in and out of the classroom Grit and perseverance to work within a fast‑paced, evolving environment Commitment to use data and technology to personalize learning for scholars Commitment and enthusiasm for working with ethnically & economically diverse scholars Ability to model, live, and reinforce the school’s core values inside and outside the classroom with colleagues, scholars, and parents Optimism, resiliency, curiosity, a sense of humor, and a burning passion for personal growth and scholar success Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or equivalent.
