Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues efficiently, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are developed based on their unique needs.
• Facilitate telehealth counseling sessions that might include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques, utilizing online platforms to maintain engagement and rapport with clients.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers as needed to ensure comprehensive client care, including referring clients to other specialists or services when appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
