Client Success & Partnerships Manager (Hybrid)

Client Success & Onboarding Manager We’re looking for a full-time Customer Success & Onboarding Manager to own the client experience across the Popfly platform. This person will guide brands from onboarding through long-term success, helping clients launch effectively, stay engaged, and see ongoing value from the platform. This role is equal parts relationship management, project coordination, and strategic support. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product to create a seamless client experience that strengthens retention and supports growth.
