Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations including food preparation, guest service, and employee assignments
• Manage cash, till, and closing duties with accuracy
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and café environment using checklists
• Coordinate 3rd party delivery and mentor new hires

Staff Development & Training

• Provide fun, welcoming leadership and regular performance feedback
• Model professionalism by following all policies and procedures
• Help team members reach their full potential through coaching and support

Then in 1997, we opened our first cafe in Tallahassee, Florida. Guests now had a place to sit and relax while we made their favorite smoothies. Two years later, we added a range of wholesome food options to complement our smoothies, all made fresh. We started as a destination for flavor, and it’s a proud heritage that we continue today.
