Assignment: Temporary, immediate start through February

Schedule: Hybrid, in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; remote Wednesday and Friday

Compensation : $45-$48/hour

Willory is partnering with a manufacturing client to hire a temporary Payroll Professional I.

This position supports biweekly payroll processing for approximately 1,000 employees and joins a collaborative team of five.

Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review payroll data and reports, identify discrepancies, and complete reconciliations.
• Research and resolve payroll errors and make necessary corrections.
• Respond to employee questions through the payroll inbox with clear, timely communication.
• Prepare and submit payroll for review and approval.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and protect confidential employee information.
• Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll and reviewing payroll data.
• Understanding of payroll systems including SAP Payroll , MySuccess, ACOM Software, ADP, W-2 and 1099 systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to manage deadlines and organize work throughout the payroll cycle.
• Clear communication skills and a helpful approach to answering employee questions.
• Accountability, pride in work, and a willingness to support colleagues.
• Availability to work the hybrid schedule in Canton through the temporary assignment.
