Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Active Minnesota physical therapist license (required)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students ranging from elementary to high school levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine physical therapy needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support educational goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure integrated care
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and make adjustments to interventions as needed
• Educate school staff on strategies for accommodating physical challenges in the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to student teams
