What You’ll Do

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners in your assigned territory. Your goal is to create positive conversations, identify potential customer needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage homeowners through friendly, professional, face-to-face conversations.

• Introduce Affordable Home Solutions LLC and our home improvement services.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities.

• Explain our services clearly and communicate their value.

• Qualify potential customers using established guidelines.

• Schedule appointments for sales representatives.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.

• Manage your daily activities and consistently work toward performance goals.

• Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older .

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Comfortable working in a field-based, face-to-face environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required .

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

• Expected annual earnings: $50,000–$70,000

• Performance-based commission provides an opportunity to increase your earnings.

• Full-time position.
