Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail, interoffice correspondence, and packages to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Prepare, process, and track outgoing mail and packages using postage meters and various shipping carriers while maintaining accurate logs.
• Maintain physical mailroom organization, monitor inventory of shipping supplies, and operate basic mail processing equipment safely.
