Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is strongly preferred

  • Ability to create and modify behavior intervention plans to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and analyze data to determine intervention needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Provide real-time coaching and consultation to school staff on behavioral techniques and best practices
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success and progress
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress notes as required by the school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to review student needs and progress
  • Deliver staff training sessions on behavioral interventions and crisis prevention as necessary
