Operations Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA (DTLA) – 4 days in office Reports To: CEO Overview RE/DONE is a modern luxury fashion brand operating across wholesale, retail, and ecommerce channels. We are seeking an Operations Manager to own end-to-end execution of product movement across the business, ensuring inventory flows accurately and efficiently from warehouse to customer. This role is central to the organization and is responsible for maintaining operational integrity across logistics, fulfillment, inventory systems, and 3PL relationships while partnering closely with Planning, Finance, Sales, and Ecommerce to align execution with business demand. Responsibilities Own relationships with 3PLs, warehouses, and freight partners Manage inbound and outbound logistics and shipping performance (SLAs) Oversee wholesale order fulfillment, retailer compliance, routing guides, and chargebacks Ensure inventory accuracy across NetSuite, WinFashion, and Shopify Support retail and ecommerce fulfillment operations and issue resolution Partner with Planning on inventory allocation, flow, and seasonal positioning Coordinate execution of seasonal launches and key wholesale deliveries Track, analyze, and improve operational KPIs across fulfillment and logistics Identify process inefficiencies and implement operational improvements Support cost optimization across logistics and fulfillment functions Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Planning, Sales, and Ecommerce Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer goods strongly preferred Strong experience managing 3PL and warehouse partners Experience with multi-channel operations (wholesale, retail, ecommerce) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail with strong execution and problem-solving capability Strong cross-functional communication skills Systems NetSuite WinFashion Shopify CIT Factor Portal (CIS / Patrina) MFG Factor Portal Excel Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off + Company Holidays Paid Sick Leave (California compliant) Employee Merchandise Allowance Employee Discount Program Growth opportunity within a fast-growing fashion brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
