Additionally, we provide a 401(k)-retirement plan with company matching, paid holidays, and personal time off.Responsibilities:This opportunity supports DIA's Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) initiative focused on advancing intelligence analysis through Agile program management, AI assurance, analytic innovation, and ontology development.The Program Manager will be responsible for overall contract performance, customer relationship management, financial execution, and program oversight while leveraging Agile methodologies to support successful program execution. This position is responsible for managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all contract activities and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives. Additional responsibilities include:· Serve as the primary point of contact between DIA and the contractor team.· Lead contract execution across all task areas and ensure successful delivery of program objectives.· Coordinate with Government stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission priorities, contract requirements, and program objectives.· Manage overall contract performance, staffing, schedule, budget, and risk.· Oversee execution across Agile project management, AI assurance, analytic innovation, and ontology development task areas.· Lead program reviews, status reporting, and contract deliverables.· Supervise contractor personnel and provide strategic direction to technical leads.Required Qualifications:· At least 8 years of experience managing large IT programs· An active Agile Framework certification· Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.· Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degreeCome on board with a company that Values its Employees!Celestar Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
