Biomedical Engineer

We are seeking a Biomedical Engineering Laboratory Specialist to support product development testing and activities within the engineering team. This role focuses on executing blood-based experiments, supporting device development, and ensuring high-quality data generation and documentation to enable device innovation. Key Responsibilities Execute blood-based, benchtop, and device-related test protocols in support of product development activities Prepare test articles, biological materials, reagents, and laboratory setups for engineering builds, feasibility studies, and verification activities Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in accordance with quality system and data integrity requirements Collect, compile, and perform basic analysis of experimental data to support technical assessments and engineering decision Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and workspace readiness to ensure efficient execution of development testing Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional team members to support project milestones, timelines, and design iteration activities Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment supporting biological, benchtop, or product development testing Proficiency in pipetting, solution and reagent preparation, sample handling, and operation of standard laboratory equipment Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to accurately document procedures, test execution, and results Preferred Qualifications Experience working with blood, blood products, or other biologically relevant test materials in a laboratory setting Familiarity with laboratory documentation practices, experimental traceability, and work performed within a regulated or quality-controlled environment Team Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment Ability to support multiple concurrent studies Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
