FedEx Delivery Driver Pickup & Delivery Driver - Full-Time

Tri-Star Transport (FedEx Contractor)

Location: Arlington, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible schedules available. Weekend availability required. Operations run 7 days per week.
Start Time: 7:45 AM Daily
Pay: $160 per day ($800/week based on a 5-day workweek)

Tri-Star Transport is hiring dependable, safety-focused FedEx Pickup & Delivery Drivers to join our growing transportation team in Arlington, Texas.

As a FedEx Delivery Driver , you'll operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck, complete residential and commercial deliveries, and provide outstanding customer service while safely managing your assigned route.

As a Pickup & Delivery Driver , you will:

• Safely operate FedEx branded step vans and box trucks
• Deliver and pick up packages at residential and commercial locations
• Follow an assigned local delivery route
• Load and unload packages as needed
• Use handheld scanners and mobile devices to complete deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery records
• Organize packages for efficient route completion
• Provide excellent customer service during every stop
• Follow all DOT regulations, FedEx procedures, and Tri-Star Transport safety policies

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Minimum of one year of verifiable commercial driving experience

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 150 pounds
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a 7-year background check
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance record
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• No major moving violations, suspensions, or disqualifying offenses within the past three years
