Cleanroom AssemblerPerform manufacturing operations including stent coating, crimping, sealing, packaging, and other assembly activities while handling small, delicate components requiring precision and fine motor skills. Conduct visual inspections under a microscope to verify product quality and ensure conformance to specifications. Employees must follow cleanroom protocols, including wearing a gown, lab coat, shoe covers, and gloves. The majority of operations, about 90%, are conducted inside the cleanroom. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible start times between 7:30 AM and 8 AM, working 8 hours. There are two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break. Some availability on Saturdays is preferred but not mandatory.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Melbourne, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
