Job Summary

Tenacious Health and Wellness is hiring an Ohio Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Designation (LPCC-S) with an active CDCA credential to join our behavioral health team.

We are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults and can provide counseling, clinical supervision, and support for mental health and substance use services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling.

• Provide clinical supervision to behavioral health staff.

• Complete assessments and treatment plans.

• Work with children, adolescents, and adults.

• Provide mental health and substance use services within scope of practice.

• Review clinical documentation and progress notes.

• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews.

• Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Follow agency, Medicaid, and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPCC-S license required.
  
  
• Active CDCA credential required.
  
  
• Master's degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults .

• Experience providing clinical supervision.

• Mental health and substance use experience preferred.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Must be able to pass required BCI background check .
