Resource Specialist

As the primary contact for independent marketplace contractors, the full-time Resource Specialist will provide real-time support, analyze performance metrics, and ensure adherence to client workflows while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide real-time chat support and host one-on-one sessions with contractors to enhance performance Review performance data and communicate recommendations to the Operations Manager to meet client goals Maintain up-to-date client resources and communicate changes from clients to contractors Required qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly strong Excel skills Ability to collaborate effectively with team members Experience providing constructive feedback to agents Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently
