Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities Deliver world‑class customer experiences, surpass sales goals, and continuously find innovative ways to engage and attract fans (customers). Work flexible hours, especially during peak times (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches). Build genuine connections with fans and exceed individual and store sales goals. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and build brand loyalty. Engage customers, creating unforgettable shopping moments. Support store operations and uphold merchandising and retail standards. Work variable schedules, including periods with limited or no hours, and increased availability during peak times. Complete any required assessments prior to starting. Qualifications Results‑oriented sales experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels. Age 18 or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive promptly. Availability to cover high‑traffic times, events, or additional coverage needs. Willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule ranging from 4 hours/month during slower periods to ~12 hours/week during peak seasons.
