W2 Dry Van Company Driver - Lebanon, PA

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers will be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks not older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads include 70% drop and hook operations, which minimize dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily involving automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily, we operate east of I-35, offering dedicated drivers the opportunity for up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
