Childrens Coach/Youth Trainer

About the Position KidStrong Cibolo is seeking part‑time coaches with an athletic or coaching background and a passion for working with children. Position starts at the beginning of September, requiring both weeknight and weekend availability, with at least one weekend day each week. Classes are offered weekdays mid‑morning and evenings from 3:30 pm–7:30 pm, and weekends from 8 am through lunchtime. Key Responsibilities Coach and engage children ages walking to 11 years old using the KidStrong curriculum. Maintain and clean center equipment, floors, lobby, bathrooms, and mats. Use the KS Coach’s App to record class data and provide records to parents. Communicate professionally with co‑workers via the company messaging system. Assist parents of students ages three and younger with direction and flow of class. Attend monthly center staff programming meetings for training. Work in a physically intensive environment, covering multiple miles, moving equipment and lifting up to 25 lb. Ensure child safety and proper technique during all activities. Qualifications & Skills Experience coaching kids from ages walking to 11 years old in an athletic or coaching environment. Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics. CPR certified. High energy, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Self‑starter who delivers results. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Comfortable with hands‑on work with kids and ensuring safety.
