Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

The position requires availability from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing nuclear medicine techniques. You will play a critical role in patient care by ensuring accurate imaging results and maintaining patient safety throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine scans and procedures on patients as ordered by healthcare providers.
• Capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain records of procedures, including patient information and imaging results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or equivalent.
• State licensure (if applicable) for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Previous experience in a nuclear medicine setting is preferred.
