This role is responsible for driving lead generation, optimizing conversion, and managing a multi-million-dollar digital marketing budget across multiple channels and markets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is both strategic and deeply analytical — someone who can connect high-level trends while also diving into the details of campaign performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve marketing effectiveness, increase lead quality, and drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead and execute digital marketing strategy across SEO and paid search Own and manage a multi-million-dollar digital marketing budget Drive high-quality paid and organic lead generation and improve conversion rate optimization Manage and hold external vendors accountable to performance goals Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights Oversee reporting cadence (daily, weekly, monthly) for leadership visibility Develop and execute organic search strategies focused on various local markets Monitor and optimize customer journey and conversion funnels Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Create and present performance insights and strategic recommendations This is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility leadership role where your ability to drive performance and make data-driven decisions will directly impact growth.
