• Managing and supervising the histology team

• Overseeing workflow, training, and performance evaluations

• Ensuring lab compliance, quality control, and safety standards

• Troubleshooting and validating special stains and IHC procedures

What You Need:

• 5+ years of histology experience
\n
• 1+ year of supervisory experience required 
\n
• ASCP Certification preferred
\n
• Strong technical and leadership skills
\n
