Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care and monitor patient status.Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.Document patient information and care provided in a timely manner.Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support.Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.QualificationsCurrent and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP.Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting is preferred.Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Work ScheduleThis position offers a block schedule, requiring availability for night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week.If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients, we encourage you to apply.
