Duties

• Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Conduct route driving to visit clients, ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction

• Manage pricing strategies effectively to offer competitive yet profitable solutions

• Perform merchandising tasks to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards

• Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred

• Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and sales totals accurately

• Excellent communication skills to connect confidently with diverse customers and team members

• Proven 8 years of experience in sales, upselling, and customer service environments

• Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and keep detailed records of sales activities

• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and long hours on the road

• Experience in merchandising and route driving is highly desirable
