Our Core Purpose is to help people feel more confident about themselves.Requirements:2-5 years of retail/sales experience (required)Proven success as an effective sales leaderExceptional customer service and social skills including the ability to communicate effectively in all situations including guest relations, conflict resolution, individual coaching and group presentationsThe Role:Responsible for action planning and coaching Front Desk Associates to achieve a center sales goal, in collaboration with the CSLDrive center and individual metrics through effective trained processesInfuse the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiencesFoster a positive work environment that encourages ideas with the Center ManagerCreate visual tracking and analytical reportsAssist in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer serviceAbility to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekendsIs self-motivated and a go-getter.
