As an Assistant Toddler Teacher at Celebree School, you will have the opportunity to help shape some of the most important early moments in a childs life. In this role, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and joyful classroom where toddlers feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Responsibilities
As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, support, and training to:

• Work alongside the Lead Teacher to support daily classroom routines and activities
• Create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for children and families
• Engage with toddlers through play, conversation, and hands on learning experiences
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Support the implementation of fun and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Build trusting relationships with children while encouraging independence and confidence
• Follow all licensing regulations and Celebree policies and procedures
• Complete daily reports, attendance, and classroom documentation with accuracy

Qualifications

• Meets assistant teacher requirements according to state licensing guidelines
• Passion for working with toddlers and supporting early childhood development
• Strong communication skills and a positive team focused attitude
• Patient, flexible, and dependable
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be an active part of a supportive team
