JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an Associate Project Manager to support site integration projects within Engineer Services. The role will coordinate cross-functional activities across Packaging, Labeling, Design Controls, and Biocompatibility while managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional engineering and business teams.
• Track project progress, risks, constraints, resources, and key decisions.
• Support risk mitigation and contingency planning to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare project presentations, status reports, and management updates.
• Support teams with project-management processes and tools, including Microsoft Project and Portfolio Navigator.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
