What You'll Do

Sales & Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall team success.
• Develop and grow a preferred client portfolio through phone calls, email, direct outreach, social media, and other client engagement strategies.
• Support in-store marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
• Mentor junior Sales Associates and interns while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for every customer.
• Greet and assist customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product expertise.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Stay current on men's fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert recommendations.
• Accurately measure and mark garments for tailoring and custom alterations.

Store Operations

• Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, pricing updates, displays, and general store upkeep.
• Support daily operational needs to ensure an outstanding shopping environment.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of retail sales experience (men's fashion experience preferred).
• Proven success in a commissioned sales environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships and create repeat business.
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience using POS retail software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Passion for men's fashion and delivering premium customer experiences.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
