Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) STAT $40-$45/hr

Private Duty LPN STAT Opportunities throughout Bergen, Passaic & Hudson County As a STAT LPN with BAYADA, you'll become part of our highly skilled nursing team, helping clients transition home from the hospital and filling last‑minute openings. You will provide the initial 4‑6 weeks of skilled nursing care under the supervision of Clinical Managers and ensure each client meets their care plan. Compensation Hourly Rate Range - $40.00 to $45.00 Training Rate - $30.00/hour On‑Going Case - $40.00/hour New Admissions - $43.00/hour Peer Precepting - $42.00–$45.00/hour Qualifications Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing CPR certified Willingness to work across Bergen, Passaic & Hudson Counties Willingness to care for all ages – infant through geriatric Willingness to work in all private duty settings – in‑home & in‑school One year of skilled nursing experience Hands‑on tracheostomy and ventilator experience Pediatric experience Commitment to a minimum of two twelve‑hour shifts per week Commitment to work one weekend per month Responsibilities STAT nurses are paired with a new admission client and remain with that client on a consistent schedule for approximately one to one‑and‑a‑half months. After completing this initial care period, you will be matched with your next client.
