Qualifications:
- Active Indiana School Psychologist Certification required
- Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred
- Solid understanding of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work collectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and support to a current school psychologist to manage assessments and student needs
- Conduct student evaluations and assist with interpreting results for parents and staff
- Collaborate in developing and implementing intervention plans
- Participate in response-to-intervention (RTI) processes and special education services as needed
- Maintain accurate records and confidential student documentation
- Offer guidance and resources to educators and families on student mental health, behavior, and education plans
