Qualifications:

• Active Indiana School Psychologist Certification required
• Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred
• Solid understanding of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work collectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation and support to a current school psychologist to manage assessments and student needs
• Conduct student evaluations and assist with interpreting results for parents and staff
• Collaborate in developing and implementing intervention plans
• Participate in response-to-intervention (RTI) processes and special education services as needed
• Maintain accurate records and confidential student documentation
• Offer guidance and resources to educators and families on student mental health, behavior, and education plans
