Responsibilities include overseeing ongoing clinic expansion, acquisitions, quality improvement initiatives, provider productivity, and operational workflows. The role also includes direct oversight of 1 Physician, 6 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, 6 Behavioral Health Providers, and 3 Pharmacists, while partnering closely with executive leadership and multidisciplinary clinical teams.Call Ratio is 1:4, with nurse triage handling initial calls.QualificationsBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family MedicineExperienced primary care physician with leadership experience or interest in serving as Chief Medical OfficerEligible for a New Mexico Medical LicenseStrong leadership, operational, and relationship-building skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams, supporting provider productivity, driving workflow improvements, and contributing to strategic organizational growth.
