This is a true turnkey opportunity with immediate access to a robust, built-in referral network, allowing you to quickly establish a busy surgical retina practice. Current Retina Surgeons are booked out for months due to established referral base from ophthalmologists, optometrists, and regional health systems Robust clinical support, including a dedicated scribe, 1–2 PCAs, and ophthalmic technicians Option for 4 or 5 Day Work Week with Blocked OR Time Autonomy to shape your case mix and clinical volume based on your preferences and long-term goals.
