Interim Director of Nursing
Job Summary:
Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced and dedicated Interim DON to join our team in Circleville, Ohio. Responsibilities:
Provide interim leadership and management to a healthcare facility as needed, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement effective patient care plans, protocols, and standards to ensure consistency and excellence.
Collaborate with facility management and personnel to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operations and outcomes.
Serve as a mentor and resource to nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Communicate effectively with facility administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination and referrals.
Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and facility policies.
