Implementation Specialist

Managing the end-to-end implementation of new customer accounts, the full-time Implementation Specialist will work primarily remotely with an in-office presence on Wednesdays, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Key responsibilities Oversee customer account management throughout the implementation process using Salesforce CRM and other internal systems Lead consultative discussions with customers to gather necessary information and clarify account requirements Perform quality assurance reviews of customer account setups to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to activation Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, communications, technology, or a related field preferred Minimum of two years of experience in a professional work environment, with at least one year in customer implementation or a customer-facing role preferred Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, PivotTables, and macros Understanding of timely revenue ramp during implementation and ability to identify opportunities for customer adoption High responsiveness and accountability, with effective use of tools to track implementation activities
