Kindgarten Lead Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten Lead Teacher for a Montessori-informed bilingual kindergarten located in Beijing. The group integrates best practices from well-known international early education models to support high-quality bilingual early learning.With over 50 campuses across 18 cities in China (including Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, and more), the organization offers strong professional support, training resources, and clear development pathways.Job detailsLead an early-years class, taking full responsibility for teaching, wellbeing and parent communicationPlan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons based on the 3–6 Learning GuideCollaborate with the Co-lead Teacher to plan and run Montessori work, maintaining the prepared environmentDesign and refresh classroom environments and learning centresObserve, document and assess children's progressManage the full daily routine, from arrival to dismissalEnforce health and safety protocols and provide basic first aid when neededLead and mentor assistant and life teachersBuild strong partnerships with families and support parent activities and performancesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education or a related field (preferred for Lead roles)TEFL / TESOL / DELTA certification (mandatory); AMS 3–6 preferredMinimum 1–3 years' experience as a Lead Teacher in a kindergarten settingFamiliarity with Montessori philosophy and materials highly preferredStrong lesson planning, classroom management and communication skills; a warm, responsible, team-oriented approachSalary and BenefitsMonthly salary RMB 25,000 to 33,000, commensurate with experience and qualificationsHealth insurance provided1 week fully paid winter holiday and 2 weeks fully paid summer holidayFree lunchFlight reimbursement for employees relocating from abroad or across cities within ChinaOpportunities for professional growth, including AMS training and promotion
