Change Management Lead

Job Description

Our large pharmaceutical client is seeking a Change Management Lead to support the Dossier Narrative Authoring Program, a multi-year, enterprise-wide GenAI initiative focused on transforming regulatory authoring and dossier development. This digital transformation program aims to automate the process from source document receipt through first-draft dossier generation while driving future capabilities centered on data-driven content creation and technical report automation.

This individual will serve as the primary Change Management and Adoption Lead, partnering across Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Data Sciences, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Medical Writing, and other stakeholder groups to drive organizational readiness, communications, training, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute the overall change management strategy for the DNA Program.

-Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and change risk assessments.

-Create and deliver communication, engagement, and adoption plans.

-Design and implement training and organizational readiness activities.

-Partner with leaders and stakeholders across multiple business functions to drive alignment and adoption.

-Establish and track change management metrics, KPIs, and adoption reporting.

-Identify and mitigate organizational resistance and adoption risks.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for change management across program workstreams.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of change management experience supporting large-scale business, data, digital, or technology transformation initiatives.

-Proven experience building change strategies, communications plans, stakeholder engagement programs, and adoption frameworks from the ground up.

-Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to operate independently in a complex, fast-paced environment.

-Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Experience supporting pharmaceutical, life sciences, regulatory, or R&D organizations.

-Experience with enterprise data transformation or IT transformation initiatives.

-Familiarity with Generative AI-enabled business transformation programs.

-Prosci, ACMP, or other formal change management certification.
