My name is Ben Burns, and I own multiple shops in Denver, Littleton, Wheat Ridge and Broomfield.
I just want to be real with you for a minute. I know what it is like to feel unappreciated as a great store manager or service advisor. I know what it feels like to work with average Techs. I know how it feels to not have my voice heard. To work with broken computers or cumbersome software. To be undercompensated and feel like nothing I do matters. I was that employee for a long time.
Our company was started in 2013 after waking up at a job where there was no appreciation or respect. From that moment on, I vowed to change the industry. To treat everyone that worked at my shop with respect. To make sure we bought every piece of equipment and tool needed to help the tech get the job done. Most importantly, to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wanted to work at.
Are we perfect? No. But we are a heck of a lot better than most.
We are growing fast, and we recently acquired our 6th and 7th locations, and we are currently looking to add a top-notch manager at Seyfer automotive.
We need a Store Manager that is willing to lead by example. Someone that sells with honesty and integrity. The right candidate will be a GREAT LEADER! To be willing to go the extra mile for customers, make sure the repair was done right, and provide a 5-star automotive experience.
