Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and you love the products. You are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest and represent our company values while bringing your real self to work every day. Job Description Your responsibilities include engaging with guests, promoting products, and maintaining a positive store environment. You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on product details, introduce the AEO loyalty program, and participate in cross‑functional zone work. You will also proactively resolve concerns, assist teammates, and uphold AEO policies. Your Responsibilities You are a people person who uses the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends‑first mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educate guests on product details, and make suggestions that fit their needs. You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can hang and are flexible across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. You are an innovative problem‑solver, prioritising guests’ day and resolving concerns while respecting company policy. You are a team player who is always willing to assist teammates. You demonstrate integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO’s policies & procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work during guest peak hours (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products.
