Are you motivated, competitive, and ready to build a career with real ownership potential? The T Baca Agency with Farmers Insurance , led by Talia , is looking for driven individuals who want to grow professionally while working toward owning their own Farmers Insurance agency.

This role is part of a mentorship program designed to train and develop future agency owners. You’ll gain hands-on experience, coaching, and business training while building your own book of business.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and local networking

• Build relationships and provide personalized insurance solutions

• Help clients protect what matters most with Home, Auto, Life, and Business insurance

• Cross-sell policies and grow your book of business

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and weekly coaching

Compensation

$40,000 – $65,000 per year
Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
